Bob analyzes the golf swing and physical capabilities of each student and develops a teaching plan based on:
- The students skill and physical ability
- The laws, principals, and preferences of the golf swing as set forth in the PGA Teaching Manual
Bob understands taeaching methods and techniques need to be tailored to the individual student. He uses on course lessons, video lessons and short game lessons as well as the traditional practice tee.
Bob provides a very professional, friendly learning environment. Learning golf can be fun. Bob gets amazing results from students of every skill level, personality type and physical ability
Bob teaches the importance of how to practice and play the game.
Bob uses the most advanced technology, video, audio visual aids, books, training aids and drills. See a few of them here.
Bob believes that a flat left wrist at the top of the backswing is the best approach, but knows that many good golfers have some cupping of the wrist.
Bob focuses instruction on the position of the club at the top of the swing, impact, and finish. But also knows that grip, address position, club face, path, plane, tempo and timing all are important to a sucessfule golf swing. At the end of the day impact is the most important element.
Bob understands that students really, really want to improve, but have lives to live outside of golf. Well, most of them do.
Bob makes sure students learn proper etiquette, how to take care of the course, good practice methods and have fun and enjoy the greatest game ever!
